Earn Back pays you a share of the sales made by people you invite to OfferLab.
What is Earn Back
Earn Back is passive commission from your invites' sales. When someone you invited to OfferLab makes a sale, you earn a percentage of it on top of your own earnings, without doing the selling yourself.
You unlock and grow Earn Back through your Earn level. Everyone starts at Green, and your rate increases as you reach Silver and Gold.
💡 Good to know: Earn Back is paid by OfferLab out of our platform fee. It never comes out of your invites' earnings, so the people you invite always keep 100% of their sales and commissions.
How you earn it
Invite someone to OfferLab. Share your invite link from the invite card on your dashboard (see Referrals overview for a walkthrough).
They join and make sales. Selling through their own bundles and earning commissions promoting others both count.
You earn your Earn Back rate on those sales, automatically. No forms, no claiming: it lands in your earnings as they sell.
Earn Back goes two invites deep: you earn your full rate on sales from the people you invite, and a smaller rate when the people they invite make sales too.
Earn levels and rates
Your rate is set by your Earn level. There are three levels today:

Silver | 0.5% | 0.15% | Reach $1,000 in proceeds or 5 sales. |
Gold | 1.5% | 0.5% | Reach $100,000 in proceeds. |
✨ Important: at Green, your Earn Back rate is 0%, so you won't earn from your invites yet. Start selling to unlock Earn Back: once you reach Silver, it pays out on everything your invites sell from then on.
Your level shows as a badge on the Earn Back card in your Earnings tab (green, silver, or gold), so you always know your current rate. More levels are on the way.
How to level up
Think of Earn Back like a partner program: when you bring merchants and creators to OfferLab who collaborate and drive new sales, you share in the value they create. That's why levels are based on your total proceeds on OfferLab: your own sales, the commissions you earn, and the proceeds of the people you invite all count toward your progress.
Silver: reach $1,000 in proceeds or 5 sales.
Gold: reach $100,000 in proceeds.
Levels update automatically as you hit the thresholds, and we'll let you know when you level up. There's nothing to apply for.
Where to see your Earn Back
Everything lives in your Earnings tab:
The Earn Back card shows your level, your rate, and your total earned so far.
The header total keeps a running Earn Back figure in view across the Commissions and Sales views.
The activity list opens when you tap the card, showing each Earn Back commission and who it came from.
Until you have activity, the card shows $0 with a prompt to invite others. That's your cue to share your link.
When you get paid
Earn Back commissions follow the same payout timeline as your other commissions: they're pending for 30 days after the sale (to cover refunds or chargebacks), then become available to withdraw. See Fees & transaction costs for withdrawal details.

Do I earn Earn Back at Green level?
No. Green's rate is 0%, so earning starts at Silver. Reach $1,000 in proceeds or 5 sales and you'll level up automatically.
How is my Earn level decided?
By your total proceeds on OfferLab: your sales, the commissions you earn, and your invites' proceeds all count. Levels update automatically, with no application needed.
How do I invite someone?

Does Earn Back cost my invites anything?
No. OfferLab pays Earn Back out of our platform fee. Your invites keep 100% of their sales and commissions.
When do Earn Back commissions become available?
