How orders work on OfferLab

Learn how OfferLab syncs orders to your existing systems like Shopify, or lets you manage manual fulfillment directly in OfferLab.

One of the most magical parts about OfferLab is how easy it is to plug OfferLab into the systems you already use to manage your products and fulfill orders.

Here’s how it works:

If you already sell products through platforms like Shopify, ClickFunnels, or others — great news — OfferLab is designed to plug right in, so you don’t have to juggle multiple tools to keep your orders flowing.

Check out our full list of Supported Integrations to see if your system connects with OfferLab. If you don't see your platform listed as a current integration, you can use Zapier and webhooks to connect with your order system.

Example: Using Shopify for fulfillment

  • When you import your products to OfferLab from Shopify…

  • You can bundle those products into offers inside OfferLab and sell them anywhere.

  • Every time you make a sale, OfferLab automatically pushes the orders for those products into your Shopify account.

  • You fulfill those orders directly inside Shopify — just like you would with any order from your Shopify storefront.

If you use an API, webhook, or third-party integration connected to your Shopify account (like a 3PL, warehouse, or shipping service), it works exactly the same. OfferLab sends the order to Shopify, and your existing setup takes over from there — no extra steps needed.

This seamless process applies to every integration OfferLab supports today.
