Launching a collab bundle makes it a live, sellable product — on your Shopify storefront or embedded on any page you choose.
Create your bundle
Before you launch, you build the bundle itself in the collab builder. A bundle is a set of products, pulled from across your collab, that shoppers buy together in a single checkout.
Add your products. On the builder's Edit tab, click + Add to bring in products from any brand in the collab. Each one becomes part of the bundle, with its price and your commission shown right on the card. Reorder the cards by dragging.
Build your bundle on the Edit tab. Click + Add to bring in products from any brand in your collab.
Add order bumps (optional). An order bump is an optional extra offered at checkout, so a shopper can add one more product to their order in a single click, without leaving the page. In the Checkout card at the bottom of the builder, click Add order bump and pick a product to feature. It's an easy way to raise average order value with something that complements the bundle.
Order bumps live in the Checkout card. Add one to offer a complementary product as a quick add-on at checkout.
Two ways to launch
There are two routes, depending on where you want to sell:
Publish to Shopify (native). Your bundle becomes a single product in your Shopify catalog, and OfferLab does the heavy lifting: it writes the product content from your brand DNA, generates a bundle photoshoot, fills in your product metafields, and sets the product up on a store template that works with OfferLab checkout automatically. Nothing shows on your storefront until you turn the product's sales channels on, so you decide the moment it goes live.
Embed anywhere. Selling on another platform, or your own site? OfferLab gives you an embed for your bundle that you can place on any page, powered by OfferLab's checkout. It works wherever you can paste a snippet — and it's live the moment you place it.
Choose your route when you launch: add the bundle to your Shopify catalog, or embed it on any web page.
💡 Good to know: the two routes aren't exclusive. You can publish a bundle to Shopify and also embed it elsewhere.
How to publish your bundle
Publishing is the step that creates your bundle as a real product, ready to take live. Here's the flow for each route:
Open your bundle in the collab builder and click Publish.
Choose your destination: Shopify or Embed anywhere.
Shopify: pick the store template your bundle page should use, then let OfferLab generate and publish. Your first publish includes a short one-time store setup; after that, publishing is a single step.
Embed: grab your embed code from the share options and place it where you want the bundle to appear.
It all starts here: the Publish button in the collab builder's toolbar.
On the Shopify route, pick which of your store's templates the bundle page should use. OfferLab duplicates it, so your original is never touched.
What OfferLab builds for you
When a Shopify publish finishes, you'll see a summary of everything OfferLab created for your bundle: the product content, the bundle photoshoot, and each brand's partner media. This is your bundle, product-ready — one step away from live.
The published screen: your generated content and AI photoshoot, ready to review before you go live.
You can review everything here, or anytime on the product in your Shopify admin.
Taking your bundle live
Publishing never puts the bundle in front of shoppers by itself: on Shopify, the product is created with its sales channels turned off, so you can review everything and launch on your own schedule. When you're ready to sell:
Give the product a final look. The fastest way in is the builder's ⋯ menu → View in Shopify Admin.
On the product page, find the Publishing card (it reads "not published anywhere") and open its sales-channel settings with the sliders icon.
In Manage publishing, turn on Online Store — plus any other channels you sell through — and click Done.
That's it: your bundle is live on your storefront, with checkout powered by OfferLab.
On the product page, open the Publishing card's sales-channel settings — your bundle starts out published nowhere.
In Manage publishing, turn on the Online Store channel to put your bundle page in front of shoppers.
💡 Good to know: the embed route has no separate go-live step. Your bundle is live wherever you place the embed, as soon as you place it.
Keeping your bundle fresh
A launched bundle isn't frozen, and you don't have to hunt for update options: OfferLab surfaces each one exactly when it applies.
New photoshoot variations — anytime. Open the builder's Assets tab and click any photoshoot image, then choose Create variations to get fresh takes on the shots you already have. Once new images exist, saving the bundle offers Sync media assets to Shopify: the new images are added to your Shopify product's media, and nothing already there is removed or replaced.
Fresh takes on any photoshoot image, anytime: open it from the Assets tab and click Create variations.
Full regeneration — when your bundle's products change. The generated content and photoshoot are built from the products in your bundle, so OfferLab offers to rebuild them when that mix changes. Add or remove a product, and saving opens your publish options with two opt-in checkboxes: Regenerate bundle media and Regenerate bundle content. Check what you want rebuilt and click Publish updates — you'll preview the results, and the same Shopify product updates in place. Leave them unchecked to publish your product changes while keeping the content and photoshoot you already have.
After a product change, Save opens your publish options. Regeneration is opt-in — never automatic.
Publishing to Shopify has some powerful extras worth understanding, including how templates are cloned for your bundle page and how regeneration keeps your product in sync. We cover those in the dedicated Shopify publishing guide.
