Troubleshooting Stripe Account Setup
I’m having trouble creating my Stripe account.
Make sure you’re using the correct email and details when setting up Stripe.
Try clearing your browser cache and starting the setup again.
Check if Stripe is experiencing downtime (Stripe Status Page).
My payments aren’t going through.
Confirm that your offer is published and has a price set.
If selling through collaboration, ensure your commission structure is configured.
Make sure Stripe has successfully verified your identity and bank details.
Can I use my own already-existing Stripe account?
OfferLab requires a Stripe Connect account, meaning you'll be creating a new account for OfferLab.
