As a seller on OfferLab, you decide exactly who can collaborate with you and promote your offers. You can manually approve creators, automatically approve requests for specific offers, or allow trusted partners to share collaborations with others on your behalf.
This guide walks you through each control and how to use them effectively.
Managing creator requests
Any creator who wants to promote one of your offers must request access.
When someone requests to collaborate:
You’ll receive the request inside Messages.
You can approve or decline the request.
You can edit your decision anytime from the details view inside the conversation thread.
✨ Important: When you approve a Creator, you're approving them for all your offers by default. You can revoke permission to promote at any time.
💡 Tip: If you prefer to keep tight control over who promotes your brand, rely on manual approvals for your high-impact or sensitive offers.
Auto approve creators with Instant promote
As a seller, you can use auto-approval to automatically approve creators who request access to specific offers.
Things to know:
Auto approve is managed per offer.
Auto approve is turned on by default for every offer you create.
To manage your auto approve settings:
Go to Sell > Library
Select your offer from the My offers tab.
Tap on Settings and look for Instant promote
Here, you can toggle on/off auto approval for this offer.
When it helps:
Auto-approval is ideal when you want to remove friction and let more creators quickly promote your product. This is particularly helpful if you get a large volume of requests to promote.
💡 Tip: For flagship products or offers that require higher review, you can turn auto-approval off to personally vet each creator.
Trusted creator setting
Trusted creator is a team-level setting that lets you automatically approve new creators invited by partners you already collaborate with.
When you enable this setting:
Any creator or brand you’re already working with can share your offers in a bundle/funnel with other creators they trust.
Those creators are instantly approved to promote your shared bundle or offer.
You can revoke access at any time if needed.
Example when 'trusted creator' is turned ON
You approve Creator B to collab with you. Creator B has a bundle with one of your offers included.
Creator B wants to invite Creator C and Creator D to promote this bundle. When Creator B shares the bundle with Creators C & D, Creators C & D are automatically approved to promote your offer in this bundle — no review required from you.
Important: Trusted creators only applies to active collaborations. A partner cannot share your offer unless you’re already working together on it.
💡 Tip: Turn this on when you’re working with reliable partners and want to expand promotional reach without manually managing every request.
